Sydney Rewilding Initiative

A multidisciplinary ARC linkage project aiming to restore regionally present but locally missing species to areas of northern Sydney.

This project is in collaboration with researchers at the University of Sydney, University of Macquarie, industry partners at the Taronga Conservation Society, and NSW state government departments of Local Land Services and Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.

Our council project partners include the Mosman Municipal Council, Northern Beaches Council, Ku-ring-gai Council, North Sydney Council, Hornsby Shire Council, Willoughby Council and Lane Cove Municipal Council.
